NATURE OF CASE
Marion Bennett filed a negligence action against John Labenz, Matt Harden, and the City of Omaha (collectively the Defendants) seeking damages for injuries she sustained while being transported by Labenz and Harden, two Omaha firefighter-paramedics. The Defendants filed a third-party action against the Board of Regents, doing business as the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC).
