The Nebraska Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association (Association) appeals from an order of the district court for Lancaster County denying its motion for summary judgment and granting the cross-motion for summary judgment filed by Unisys Corporation. The district court held that certain Unisys employees were entitled to coverage under the Nebraska Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act (Act), Neb. Rev.
