OPINION

WOOD, Judge, Court of Appeals.

This one-car accident case requires a review of the evidence concerning (1) negligence, (2) assumption of risk, (3) contributory negligence and (4) damages.

The parties went dove hunting south and west of Gallup in both New Mexico and Arizona. Using a vehicle belonging to plaintiff’s father they left Gallup around 8:0'0 A.M. and were returning when the accident happened a few miles south of Sanders, Arizona, around 11:00 P.M.
