This matter is before the court on Defendants’ motion for summary judgment. (ECF No. 85.) In this case, Plaintiff Zoya Minevich, a Ukrainian woman, asserts that she was subject to discrimination and retaliation based on her national origin and gender while she was employed at Spectrum.
