OPINION

DORSEY, Justice.

Appellant was charged with two offenses of delivering cocaine. 1 The deliveries allegedly occurred on the same day, the first for less than 28 grams and the second for more than 28 but less than 200 grams. After a consolidated bench trial, the trial court convicted appellant of both offenses and sentenced him to imprisonment for one term of six years and one term of eight years.
