BEFORE THE COURT, in each of the cases captioned above, is a motion for leave to file an amended complaint for wrongful death and/or survival claims. Missing are requests for leave to substitute the personal representative in place of each of the plaintiffs to continue their personal injury actions. However, because Defendants Hess Oil Virgin Islands Corporation (“HOVIC”) and Hess Corporation (“Hess”) have not opposed any of the motions, and because the request for leave to substitute is certainly implied by each motion, the Court will construe each motion…
