JOYCE, Judge:
This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence, as made final by the denial of post-*1097sentencing motions,1 entered after Appellant, Henry Eddings, was convicted of third degree murder.2 For the reasons set forth below, we vacate the judgment of sentence and remand for further proceedings. Before addressing the merits of Appellant’s claims, we will briefly recount the pertinent facts underlying this appeal.
