STEPHENS, Chief Judge.

This motion 'by the appellants to direct transmission of a supplemental record relates to the record being prepared for transmission to this court in an appeal taken from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. The judgment was entered against the appellants, as defendants below, after a trial without a jury.
