RUTLEDGE, Associate Justice.

The appeal is from an order of the District Court dismissing the complaint for injunction against enforcement of a Municipal Court judgment, for accounting and for other relief.

The case arises from a series of real estate transactions as a result of which the issue presented on the merits in the trial court was whether a conveyance of the property by plaintiffs to defendant was absolute or merely a mortgage in legal effect.
