By a bill in equity in which the appellant, Florida Moss Products Company, is complainant, and the appellee, City of Leesburg, and others, are defendants, it is alleged in substance that appellant, by a deed of conveyance, a copy of which was attached to and made a part of the bill of complaint, sold and conveyed to the City of Leesburg a certain parcel of land lying within said city, of which land appellant was theretofore the owner in fee simple.
