BROWN, J.:

This is an appeal by the defendants below from a decree foreclosing a certain mortgage on a house and" lot in Ocala, Florida, in a suit brought by appellees, non-resident collateral heirs at law of Mrs. Gladys P. Monroe, who at her death was the surviving mortgagee. The evidence was taken before an examiner, who took all the evidence submitted by the parties, recording all objections made by the respective counsel, and the chancellor ruled upon such objections when the case was finally submitted upon pleadings and proof.
