This is an action brought under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (“ECOA” or “Act” herein), 15 U.S.C. §§ 1691 et seq. 1 Jurisdiction is provided by 15 U.S.C. § 1691e(f). The case was tried to the Court on June 12, 1980.
