This is an action brought under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1691 et seq., and Regulation B of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, 12 CFR 202, in which Plaintiff Cherry seeks damages for alleged violations of the Act arising from Defendant Amoco’s rejection of Plaintiff’s application for a gasoline credit card. This action is presently before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss and Motion for Summary Judgment.
