Defendant, Village of Schaumburg (Village), appeals from a judgment of the circuit court of Cook County declaring the R-l, single-family, zoning classification of plaintiff’s property invalid insofar as it prohibits a high density residential development proposed by plaintiff, Eugene Matanky.
