Now before the Court are DSC Communications Corporation’s Motion for a Preliminary Injunction and Supporting Memorandum and DGI’s Motion to Vacate the Seizure Order, for Return of Wrongfully Seized Property, and for Forfeiture of the Bond, and Brief in Support.
