MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Darrius Likes (“Mr. Likes”) initiated this employment action arising under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (the “WARN Act”) against Defendant DHL Express (“DHL”) on November 5, 2010. (Doc. 1). The genesis of this WARN Act lawsuit was DHL’s business decision to discontinue domestic express delivery service.
