MEMORANDUM OPINION

This case is presently pending before the court on plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification. (Doc. 24.)1 Plaintiffs have sued their employer, defendant Southland Tube, alleging that it discriminated against them on the basis of their race, African American.
