Plaintiff had judgment for personal injuries which he claims he sustained while in the employ of defendant corporation (hereinafter referred to as defendant), when he was under 18 years of age, and was engaged in a “hazardous employment, ’ ’ in violation of 2 Comp. Laws 1929, § 8326.
