MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this case, the plaintiffs contend that the foreclosure sale of their home violated their rights under federal and state law. The matter is before the Court on the motions to dismiss filed by the defendants in this case, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (“Wells Fargo”), Equity Trustees, LLC (“Equity”), and BWW Law Group, LLC (“BWW”). The pro se plaintiffs were provided with the appropriate notice pursuant to Roseboro v.
