Sonwalkar v. St. Luke's Sugar Land Partnership, L.L.P.
Court of Appeals of Texas
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
MICHAEL MASSENGALE, Justice.
Appellants Subodh Sonwalkar, M.D. and Wolley Oladut, M.D. held partnership units in appellee St. Luke’s Sugar Land Partnership, L.L.P (“the Partnership”). They applied for a temporary injunction to enjoin the Partnership and its managing partner, appellee St. Luke’s Community Development Corporation — Sugar Land (the “Managing Partner”) from terminating their partnership interests and taking other actions. The trial court denied the application. Sonwalkar and Oladut filed notice of an accelerated appeal. See Tex. Civ. PRAC. & Rem. Code Ann. § 51.014(a)(4)…
