Appellants Dr. Shatish Patel, Dr. Hema-latha Vijayan, Dr. Subodh Sonwalkar, and Dr. Wolley Oladut bring this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s denial of their renewed application for a temporary injunction relating to St. Luke’s Sugar Land Hospital. The physicians sought to enjoin St. Luke’s Sugar Land Partnership, L.L.P. and its managing partner, St. Luke’s Community Development Corporation — Sugar Land (collectively, “St. Luke’s”) from taking certain actions that would prevent their participation in the management and control of a partnership…
