CHOY, Circuit Judge:

Plaintiffs appeal from the district court’s denial of their claim for overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). We affirm.

Employees and former employees of the Northern Division of the Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) worked as power plant operators, control room operators and general foremen of eight hydroelectric dams located along the Columbia and Snake rivers.
