Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court in favor of plaintiffs, entered January 18, 1972 in Saratoga County, upon a decision of the court at a Trial Term, without a jury, directing defendant to specifically perform the terms of a contract for the sale of realty. In early February, 1967, respondents offered in writing to purchase a parcel of real property purportedly owned by appellant, it being provided that the offer was good until February 18,1967.
