Tbis is an action to recover a money judgment and foreclose a material-man’s lien for materials furnished 'and used in tbe construction of an oil derrick or drilling rig on an oil and gas lease. It originated in the district court of Creek county, where tbe materialman lien claimant, as plaintiff, was successful in obtaining a money judgment for tbe sum of $211.41, with interest at the rate of 6 per cent, per annum from February IS, 1931.
