THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment by Defendants William Deans and Hope Deans and Defendant Hope Real Estate, Ltd., filed with the Court on December 9, 1999; and Hope Real Estate Second Motion for Partial Summary Judgment filed with the Court on December 13, 1999 (collectively the “Motions”).
