This action arises out of the plaintiffs’ disputes with their mortgage lender, Fleet Real Estate Funding Corp. and its parent company Fleet Real Estate Funding Corp. (collectively, “Fleet”), and the plaintiffs’ insurer, State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. and its parent company State Farm General Insurance Co. (collectively, “State Farm”), after a fire damaged their home and the plaintiffs attempted to obtain insurance proceeds for the losses allegedly sustained.
