Plaintiff Timothy C. Morris (“Morris” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action pro se against Defendant Carter Global Lee, Inc. (“CGL” or “Defendant”) 1 , asserting a variety of claims arising out of the termination of Plaintiffs employment with CGL. Currently before the Court is Defendant’s [12] Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss.
