This matter is before us on dual petitions pursuant to Section 10(f) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, Title 29, U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq., § 160 (f), to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board.1 In No. 18485, petitioner Anaconda Wire and Cable Company (Company) is seeking review of that portion of the Board’s order which held the Company violated Section 8(a) (5) of the Act, Title 29, U.S.C.A. § 158(a) (5),2 by failing to *1030supply each of four local unions representing employees at four of its mills with information…
