SUMMARY ORDER
Defendants-appellants Nicholas Christo-doulakis (“Nicholas”) and Alexandra Chris-todoulakis (“Alexandra,” and together with Nicholas, the “Parents”) appeal a May 4, 2016 judgment awarding $336,154.26 to plaintiff-appellee Green Tree Servicing, LLC (“Green Tree”). The judgment was entered pursuant to opinions and orders dated September 29, 2015 and April 18, 2016. We assume the parties’ familiarity with the underlying facts, procedural history, and issues on appeal.
