MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiffs filed this purported class action against TransPerfect Global, Inc. (“TransPerfect” or “Defendant”) on February 27, 2017, stemming from a data breach of TransPerfect’s computer systems that disclosed Plaintiffs’ sensitive personally identifiable information (“PII”) to hackers. TransPerfect moves to dismiss the .Amended Complaint (“Complaint”) pursuant to Federal, Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6).
