The plaintiff brings these actions for permanent injunctions and seeks by this motion injunctions pendente lite against the defendants to enforce the restrictive provisions of certain contracts entered into between the plaintiff and the defendants, respectively, and to enjoin the defendants from disclosing certain lists of customers to others.
