On the 27th day of June, 1945, claimants entered into an agreement with the State of New York in which, for the sum of $20,335, they agreed to furnish the material and perform the labor required and necessary for “ Sanitary Work, Replacement of Roof Conductors, as shown on the drawings or specified, at the Capitol, Albany, New York, in accordance with Specification No. 12424 and Addendum No. 1 dated May 18, 1945 ”.
