¶ 1 Appellant, M.D.P., appeals from the order dated August 9, 2002 and entered August 12, 2002, granting in part and denying in part, his Motion to Dismiss. We affirm.

¶ 2 The factual and procedural background is as follows. On September 7, 2000, a Pennsylvania State Police Officer filed a criminal complaint against Appellant charging Appellant with Indecent Assault, Indecent Exposure, and Corruption of Minors.
