This case involves defendant Keith R. Domiez’s challenge to the constitutionality of a police search of his home that resulted in the seizure of nearly one hundred marijuana plants and assorted growing equipment. After a testimonial hearing, the trial court denied defendant’s motion to suppress the evidence seized from his home, determining that defendant knowingly and voluntarily consented to the search.
