THIS IS a contested discharge proceeding and the matter under consideration is the dischargeability, vel non, of a debt admittedly owed to the Plaintiff, Maas Brothers, Inc. by Holger P. Ratajczak, the Defendant involved in the above-captioned adversary proceeding.
