LeROY SMALLENBERGER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The defendant entered into a contract to be bound by the terms and conditions of the VISA cardholder agreement introduced into evidence. The agreement generally provides that the defendant could present his VISA cards to merchants and obtain credit, thereby enabling him to purchase goods or services without immediate payment to the merchant. The plaintiff agreed in the cardholder agreement to pay the merchant on defendant’s behalf and bill the defendant on a monthly basis.
