MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

BILL H. BRISTER, Bankruptcy Judge.

Debtors, Billy W. Poteet and Rebecca A. Poteet, filed petition for order for relief pursuant to Chapter 7 of Title 11, United States Code, on August 26, 1980. During the two month period immediately preceding the filing of the petition the debtors made an unusual amount of purchases with VISA cards which Ranier Bank had issued to them approximately ten years earlier. Ranier Bank, VISA Card Division, filed complaint against the debtors, challenging the dischargeability of its debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A). Nonjury trial was…
