The defendant’s convictions in this case arise out of a home burglary and attack upon an elderly woman.2 This appeal rests exclusively on a challenge to the denial of a motion to suppress evidence obtained following a Terry-Silva3 investigatory stop of the car in which the defendant and an accomplice were found on the night of the break-in.
