MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE PETITIONER’S APPLICATION FOR REINSTATEMENT

This matter has come before the Court on the Petition of W. Otis Culpepper for Reinstatement to practice before this Court.

I. PERTINENT FACTS

Petitioner W. Otis Culpepper was found guilty following a trial in this court on May 12, 1988 of three counts of income tax evasion and failure to file income tax returns for specific years in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7201.
