Plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of William Mayger, deceased, brought this action to recover from the defendant the sum of $19,639.50, balance alleged to be due upon an account stated, with interest. Judgment in her favor resulted, from which defendant appeals.

The action is upon an account stated. Defendant alleges that the complaint does not state a cause of action. In this it is wrong. (See McFarland v. Cutter, 1 Mont. 383; Voight v. Brooks, 19 Mont. 374, 48 Pac. 549; Martin v. Heinze, 31 Mont. 68, 77 Pac. 427; and Noyes, Admx., v. Young, 32 Mont. 226, 79 Pac. 1063.) The answer is…
