Plaintiff, Harold H. Dvorak, appeals from the judgment of the district court entered pursuant to an order granting defendants Blayne E. and Nadine A. Maring summary judgment in plaintiff’s action for specific performance of an earnest money contract or, in the alternative, for damages.
