The appellants, claiming to be the widow and children of one Peter Martz, filed an application for compensation on account of the death of said Peter Martz, who, at the time of his death by accident, was an employee of appellee. The appellants, widow and children, are all nonresidents of the United States and the original application was filed by Francis P. Garvin, alien property custodian.
