Appellant, as employee, and appellee, as his employer, on February 18, 1957, entered into a compensation agreement providing for the payment by appellee to appellant of compensation at the rate of $33.00 per week for a period of 200 weeks from and including July 20, 1956, for a 40% permanent partial impairment to the body of appellant as a whole.
