Appellant Francis Green brought suit against defendants-appellees Humphrey Elevator and Truck Company (“Humphrey”) and The Maintenance Company (“Maintenance”) for injuries suffered during employment in New Jersey on October 9, 1983, allegedly as a result of appellees’ negligence.
