Appellant Joe Johnson appealed from the magistrate’s order granting summary judgment in favor of respondent Michele (Shelley) Studley-Preston and denying Joe’s claim of paternity, based on the magistrate’s conclusion that Joe had not established a relationship with the child and thus he had no standing to bring a paternity action. Shelley cross appealed the magistrate’s decision to deny her request for attorney’s fees.
