Appellant, J.A.S., is the mother of an infant child, N.R.S. She appeals as a matter of right from a decision of the Court of Appeals denying her petition for a writ of prohibition. She sought the writ to bar Appellee, Judge Lisa O. Bushelman, from proceeding with the adjudication of an action filed in the Kenton Family Court by Real Party In Interest, C.H.E., to determine the paternity of N.R.S.
