This is an appeal from tlie decision of tlie Board of Appeals of tlie. United States Patent Office affirming the decision of the Primary Examiner rejecting all of the claims, Nos. 1 to 6, inclusive, in appellants’ application for a patent for an alleged invention relating to roller bearings.
Claims 2, B, and 6, were rejected as being drawn to non-elected species and, therefore, need not be considered here on their merits.
