HANSEN, Circuit Judge.
Terrick Afred Williams appeals from the district court’s 2 denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion in which he sought to vacate his carjacking and firearm convictions based on violations of his Sixth Amendment right to counsel. We affirm.

The details of Williams’s prior convictions are set forth in his direct appeal, which we affirmed in United States v.
