BRADY, Commissioner.
The appellants, hereinafter referred to by their trial designation of plaintiffs, brought this action against the respondents, hereinafter referred to as defendants, for damages resulting from defendants’ cutting and removing timber from land in plaintiffs’ possession, but to which the title was in defendants. The jury returned a verdict for plaintiffs in the amount of $1,800.00 and final judgment was entered thereon.
