Action in the nature of trespass on land. Plaintiffs alleged defendant unlawfully broke and entered the close of plaintiffs; cut down and converted trees to his own use; committed waste; and damaged plaintiffs' fence, for all of which plaintiffs prayed judgment for $120. Defendant denied generally. The trial court, without the aid of a jury, found and rendered judgment for plaintiffs for $50.
